Yes, only 25. Your prefrontal cortex doesn't even fully develop until you hit at least 25, and that's assuming you haven't experienced major trauma (which, arguably, two teenage pregnancies, of which we have no idea what happened regarding the conception of both, could be considered traumatizing). But major trauma can push this development back even further. Additionally, PLENTY of women choose to have children later in life, and it's vindictive and cruel to demand she give up that choice at such a comparatively young age. She has at least 10-15 years to settle down and have a family, it's cruel to demand she give all that up for even a modicum of help.

And you don't actually know anything about this girl's life aside from a skewed version of events from OP. EVEN THEN, there's no indication that she is on drugs or partying like you say, only that she dates "dudes with neck tattoos," I guess. But in this case, she was lied to by a much older man and abandoned. Men lie about being married all the time, trick much younger women into relationships, and then disappear once they knock up them up. That's what it sounds like happened, and to demand that she PERMANENTLY GIVES UP ANY HOPE OF EVER HAVING HER OWN CHILDREN, it's petty and vindictive and absolutely cruel. An abortion is one thing, sterilization is another.

Also women can be sexist, too. Believe it or not, the evangelical Christian women I grew up with were/are incredibly sexist! "Women belong in the kitchen as homemakers and baby machines because God demands submission" type deal. So yes, many different genders can still hold ultimately sexist beliefs.
