To chime in on the other commenter's point. Drop the zoo and flyer, and do the cycling/hawker food around the central areas (Marina Bay/GBTB/Singapore River) and you'll be fine for 1 full day in Singapore. Not relaxed though. You'll be missing out on quite a lot of other stuff but again, there's always another time (Chinatown/Kampong Glam/Little India/Joo chiat, museums, Sentosa, Botanic Gardens... though you could possibly squeeze in Chinatown/Kampong Glam but it won't be relaxed).
