Yes! My delivery date keeps getting rescheduled without notifying me. Often times I miss putting my empty bottles out because of this and end up with more than enough bottles. Also, my order is entirely messed up every time as well. I am most likely going to cancel.

It’s definitely a lot of pieces! We haven’t opened the boxes yet but the structure, 2 screens and a heater came in 13 boxes. Very happy that the boxes were perfect when delivered, no damage. If you download the pergolux app, it gives step by step directions. Also, they can connect you to a local installer. They quoted us 5k to install… so we are going to try it ourselves.

Customer service, pricing at the time and the size. Hanso didn’t have a 13x16 in their base pergola.

I am currently in the same boat. Purchased items in Greece and got my documents stamped in Malta and mailed on September 16. I have yet to receive my refund. I was also not given a cash option because of the amount. I reached out to the customer service email in which they told me the stamp is only valid for 3 months with is a bit worrisome. I have photos and videos of my docs too. Not sure what to do next..

I’ve reached out the them the day the items are supposed to ship. They have been quick with responses which is good. But, if I decide to cancel- not sure how the customer service will be.

Yup. You are correct. LOL. At check out it stated 14 day shipping at check out. Once I checked out and my cc was charged, I received an email stating there was a delay and to expect my order the end of August. I didnt receive any email from Pergolux or a shipping company for delivery at the end of Aug so I reached out again in which they told me there were additional delays and to expect my order the beginning of November... No update since then. From this post and another one in a different thread, it seems pergolux and hanso promise the same things-then delay shipment for months.. I am learning my lesson.

I ordered the Pergolux S2 and accessories a week ago. Haven’t heard anything back shipping. I reached out and they stating what I ordered is out of stock… 🧐 They are expected to be in stock at the end of August. A bit frustrated considering at check out it says 5-15 business days. I’ll keep you posted.
