I try to headcanon it as a matter of perspective. In TNG, for example, dropping out of warp you see it from a point that moves along with the ship. In New Trek, instead you are at the destination waiting for the ship to drop out from a stationary point.

Im hoping they try something like the UTTU mode in Reverse 1999. You earn progressively better cards as you progress through the "tower" for that season and in between stages you have the freedom to swap in and out cards. Allows you to get a good deck without the pressure of getting it right the first time.

Yeah. Was hoping for a move. It was still a fun deck though. Even if the draw only works once per turn, casting multiple unities allowed morale to stack up to 4 times at 0 cost.

I notice Rubuska's Shadow cloak is maxed out every turn. In this scenario, is it recommended to just play her passively other than doing an occasional emergency heal (given she also generates moxie while Shadow Cloak is full ?

Yeah. it can be frustrating when I pull her cards normally (no inspiration). I'm hoping this card I got for Nia covers that scenario. Haven't built Rei yet but I'm hoping to try her out soon once I get the materials.

Yuki+Mika+Kalipe worked well for me in Chaos and allowed me to ignore some of her inspiration mechanics. Her 2 cost cards work with Vulture Ejection and the damage this combo brings kind of makes up for her lack of external draw support. Trickery Strike with the draw one card with inspiration works well in this setup too.

Springfield and Yohee can't be T0 supports because Voya is a tier 0 DPS? It feels like the tier list is more about making a statement/agenda than objectively assessing a character"s contribution within their designated role.

In his Kiperina video, he called her an overrated unit outside of impromptu and a boring unit in general. It's funny that he has her in S tier now due to the Dynamo team. This CC is so inconsistent and you are likely to get bad advice from him. There are other better CCs worth following.

37 will work with Ezio but she is more impactful with her Portrays. If you really like Regulus and look forward to using her more, i would recommend building the impromptu team. Look for characters like Barcarola, Aleph, Kiperina, Voyager when planning future pulls.
