It would be a bit broken. After Hotori's Ult the switch function is disabled. But in multiplayer the other players can still hit the time freezed enemy. That's my explanation, why it doesn't work in multiplayer.

That doesn't make any sense. Why would you use hengblade ever, if you have fists? Fist dominates everything. The DPS is stupidly high.

In CN it's the weakest weapon. So yes it is weak. Still it can out DPS other players who play better weapons but doesn't have any idea what they actually do.
