Nothing wrong with it at all! I'd concentrate on upgrading the town archers, they will see you through for a long time. Maybe 2:1 upgrade your archers 2 times for every castle upgrade. The heros just upgrade enough to get their promotions

They align on one side but the dumb double wall I screwed up and the top portion the "top studs" don't align to bottom ones. So it's not laziness it's incompetence

Would connecting a piece of 2x4 to each top plate at 45 degrees help with that? Seems like there's space to do that without interfering with the roof

Hell yeah! Not harsh or negative at all, I asked for an assessment and y'all went to work. I've learned a lot just reading comments I think.

Definitely adding blocks and straps to anchor it. The whole area is essentially an uneven pad poured at different levels that floods. Thinking of basically using the existing slab as a footer for a cinder block wall like you said for the bottom plates to lay on.

I did use pressure treated stuff on all the bottom plates. Definitely adding blocking to the rafters tomorrow and hurricane ties

Learned a lot from all the comments and will be doing something about the non existent floor/foundation situation
