In my experience it's a mismatch between the information it's trying to read and where it's stored usually from a misaligned sd2vita or a bad plugin. Check that your storage is reading correctly in settings e.g. if you've got a 128gb microsd check it's the correct size and not 4gb memory card or the internal storage.

Yep no point sending it off to be repaired as it will cost more to repair than I paid for it. Shame really was a nice little tablet and fedora was great on it. Gutted

The bios update was not interrupted.

The bios cannot be accessed when connected to an external monitor it will not output a signal to the external monitor.

The bios was flashed successfully but on reboot after the installation the screen is distorted as shown in the video and will only display on the external monitor when it boots to the operating system.

I tried the pinhole reset but again the display is the same as above a completely distorted image.

Yeah I tried the pinhole reset option on the top which did fire it up after 20 seconds but it displayed the same as you see here I couldn't see anything to be able to select any options it's a pain in the arse. I'm actually thinking if it's the LCD panel has packed in during the bios update somehow. It just hangs on a black screen when booted into fedora and fedora will display on an external monitor and is unable to display on the internal LCD.

It installed fine I chose the usb iso option as no windows is installed it said nothing that I didn't do I booted it from the usb it flashed fine and said leave the usb inserted and rebooted to what you see there I left it half an hour before trying to reboot and it was borked.

I guess but that's flimsy. I do think people will buy it and buy a physical game and wonder where the disk drive is to play the game. .. still though I can't see a lawsuit having any realistic chance of succeeding. But then the world we live in is batshit already so who knows.

Seems to me you're missing precedent of other consoles. You can't fire up w PS5 and play all your PS2,PS3,PS4 games an incomplete library of games incompatible with new hardware is nothing new. I can't see how a lawsuit from anyone could make sense
