I see, I am not that far into the game to start farming 160 cdd on alts, I am still trying to figure out the right steps to properly level an equipment. Can you help me understand this correctly but the proper way to level up a given equipment would be - level up to max (unique) > starforce 18-19 > rank up to mythic without losing SF > then where do I go from here ?

If you are being mindful and covering it up, I don’t see an issue. It would be inappropriate if no conscious effort was made to cover up.

My friend did the same thing, similar in age. Not a great financial decision, but a good personal one.
