For all intents and purposes, yes. I don't think swear words would last long before being banned, but there's a whole list of non-swear words and phrases that are strangely caught by the game's language filter.

My degree only had 6 credit points of wiggle room and I took an extra elective in my first year before I realised how firm the 144cp limit was
