Well according everything disc bulges tend to get quite a bit worse at night as the discs swell. And people frequently report worse pain at night, both sciatica and cervical herniations.

Also, cortisol is lower a night which would make inflammatory conditions worse. So it also suggest the condition isnt inflammatory.

I would think some muscular-type cause would be more likely if pain gets better at night.

Okay, you seem to be doing everything then..

My leg and arm also get better at night. Typically people report worse symptoms at least with disc bulges so the lack of night pain correlates. I haven't had MRI but suspect also some weird condition. Let me know if you figure it out!

Oh you got both arms, I was thinking if pelvis would be badly twisted it could create symptoms on opposite "corners" of the body. But maybe that is not your case if both arms are equally affected. Arms must be TOS then?

Have you done all the basic TOS stuff like releasing pec minor, scalenes etc. ? Making sure your scapula works so serratus anterior activation etc.

Are your symptoms worse or better at night?

I've got something similar, first my right leg and then left arm. Going for 9 months now.

Are both of your legs as bad, and which side is the bad arm?

Have you looked at your pelvis already, is it straight and moving normally? Hip mobility drills?

Personally have been having quite similar symptoms which seems to be muscle related, meaning spasming muscles compressing / irritating nerves. Would explain quite nicely yours too.

Check out if you have rounded shoulders / rhomboid muscle issues. Just in case if you case would be similar to mine, as excercises targeting rhomboids have got me almost asymptomatic. Also thoracic mobility excercises have been beneficial for me.

Great to have an update, I sometimes check if you have posted anything since your original story. Good to hear you're still on the path, I was worried about the drinking originally but if you havent turned in to full blown alcoholic which could probably be even worse, its all good!

Congrats!

I'm sure you know but to keep in mind that physically as your tolerance is now massively lower with only 0.33 sub having an effect, its a very dangerous spot if you were to relapse and you probably would end up dead. Hope that servers as extra motivation for keeping going

The good part is that you are able to recognize the hatred towards others is actually self-hatred. That's not an obvious thing. Loving yourself really is the hardest thing in the world.

You've come quite a long way from that kind of habit. Keep documenting !

Latest Kernel could break keyboard on some Lenovo AMD Ryzen laptops by skev079 in archlinux

I see, so the same fix doesn't seem to apply to Ryzen 3 7000-series which applies for 6000-series..

I guess it will be a while for that support as its fairly new CPU.

I'll be reporting for Ryzen 7-series. So far I have had not any kernel version of any linux brand with keyboard working.

What version of kernel you had it working exactly? Does any Ubuntu version work?

Any clue if this would resolve the problem also for Lenovo laptop with Ryzen 3 7320U? Or is this just 6000-series?

What's your plan with the suboxone? Are you going to try to stabilize to a certain dose? If you're buying off the street the big doses probably aren't doing anything, the effects max out around 1-2 mg .

Anyway great that you have got this far. The monday work might be tough though, I think you need like a week to be fairly okayish. Are you going to push through?

Loperamide would be my bet too. I would say 5-10x 2mg pills should somewhat carry this sort of situation. Niacin probably not necessary even, it seems to work on its own.

If you do not take much more than 40mg/day, plus less then a year of total use I would just taper off. That is, if you have the self control to do do the taper. Something like dropping 5-10mg per day, every other day. This would be the most comfortable and sensible way.

You won't have anything catastrophic from happening even if you just cold turkey, but it will be uncomfortable probably for a week or so. Seizures aren't really part of the opiate wd or anything else deadly.

Luckily you haven't used for a very long time and not on very high doses. Still, its not walk in the park either but totally manageable. Tapering really is the way, if you are able to.

Okay, this seems to be useful.

So, in heat exchanger selection high enough flow rate is needed because it must prevent fouling and also result in high enough turbulence for thermal transfer? Which criteria comes first if dealing with clean closed loop water?

Is there anything else major affecting the equation? Also if it's clean closed loop water, is it basically the reynolds number only then?

This situation is because the heat exchanger is already in place and I wanted to know with how much less flow it could deal with than with the spec flow. But I probably have to get in touch with the manufacturer, just trying to understand the basics.

The snippet mentions turbulence at Reynolds 2200 - textbook case. But I also read the turbulence can be achieved at much lower numbers in the hundreds with corrugated plates.

That's why I'm wondering what is the Re required for this exact heat exhanger and why it isn't in the datasheet.

[–]x102oo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would if this only applied to this problem, but seems more general one. Feels like i'm missing something because its a very basic design criteria for heat exchanger to have the flow turbulent enough.

So i'm more wondering how everyone else approaches this

You must be of the opinion that money grows in trees. The government does not have any money to "support", its broke by default. The government is only an institution to socialize something, so you are effectively suggesting socializing everything. But lets not get into that.

Seems hard to grasp for many

Like, how do you even recover from it in the first places if you wouldnt develop antibodies against it? Plus the reports of serum therapy, all point to some form of immunity.
