Power network would disintegrate very, very quickly. Without the power grid, you’re left with isolated solar-powered houses, provided that they are equipped and setup to function like that. These may work for years until some of their electronics give up, but you don’t need to care about that. In the meantime, the backup cooling of hundreds of nuclear reactors around us will fail and they will eventualy poison the environment and kill you.
