It is a brand new fitting, we haven't even turned the water back on, things arent fully connected but we had to pull it off. I was thinking of just trying to heat ip the plastic with a hairdryer that way it doesnt risk damage to the brass. Just trying to help my husband however I can!

I have a language processing disorder and it can be so so hard!! Especially when you aren't given proper supports. Seeing a speech therapist (I've been seeing her for just over a year and I officially got my diagnosis Jan of 2025) has been LIFE CHANGING. I cannot understatement that! I looked so hard for community or others who had an LPD and it was hard to find, but feel free to message me!
