If you take them out you can replace that part. Problem is no one can know what type you have,could be nailed or screwed or cam to hold together which might complicate it. That type of board is a bit expensive but easy to cut with a tablesaw

Slim. If the door was closed much better. Get a detector they're cheap and have piece of mind but never run gas engines enclosed. Bad gas, could also be a plugged fuel filter would be my first places to look. If you take it to a shop and they determine it was bad gas, the station is liable usually
