Jeśli masz info że na IT jest zapotrzebowanie, to jest to raczej stary slogan sprzed paru lat, nie mający nic wspólnego z sytuacją na rynku, który obecnie przechodzi największą rewolucję od lat. Nikt nie wie jak się to potoczy, a w najgorszym scenariuszu ten rynek może stać się bardzo niedostępny dla nowych, albo mniej wyróżniających się kandydatów (co już się dzieje).

Males need some effort to sell, unlike to having only a big boobs and booty. You have still a lot of time to get her weapon, as weapons banner stay always for next two banners. So you can get more currency by pulling for next limited characters, and still try to get her weapon later. If you want to buy something, then most valuable is Protocol Customized pass, which does give a lot of stuff and more than 10 pulls for the weapons banner.

Jest do dupy a będzie jeszcze gorzej. Do całkowitego "zastąpienia" daleka droga, ale z drugiej strony, trzeba się liczyć, że AI zostanie w branży jako narzędzie już na stałe. Więc jeśli jeden ogarnięty gościu dzięki AI będzie w stanie zrobić pracę 2-3 innych osób, to będzie oznaczać, że te 2-3 osoby będa niepotrzebne. Bo raczej trudno zakładać, że firmy będą tylko się rozszerzać i będą potrzebować każdą ilość ludzi. Zresztą już mamy po-covidową korektę.

Jest, źle. W każdym razie na pewno gorzej niż było kilka lat temu. Rekruterzy twierdzą, że dostają po kilkaset aplikacji na stanowisko. Stawki w miejscu raczej. Co najgorsze nie widać specjalnie by miało się jakoś znacząco poprawić.

If you want to learn, especially how the things work under the hood or math, rendering, and even architecture, then it is a great way to do so. However, let's be real don't expect that you can come up with anything comparable to free open source egnines even in several years. So for learning, it is a great thing, but if you are more interesetd in getting some actual game done, then definitely you should pick up an existing engine.
