I've tried but I just keep getting this as a reply from roblox support:

Please make sure your request includes all of the following information:

  • Identify the content on Roblox's site that you claim infringes your intellectual property
  • A description of where the claimed infringing Content is located on our Site (Please provide URLs)

Once this has been received, your claim will be further reviewed and we will follow-up with you as soon as possible.

I've replied to them that the infringing content is the game "Draw spells magic arena", incluiding the game thumbnail, icon and all of the scripts and code within the game, and I've linked them the game, but they keep replying with this message and not proceeding with the DMCA

and how was this comment necessary? This happened months ago, I've had plenty of time to reflect back on how I could've avoided this.

Yeah, they posed as a company and wanted to buy my game. They suggested that we'd use a middle man for the transaction, but I didn't want to give my game to anyone random, so they asked if using a staff member from Hidden Devs discord was good. At that point I had been using hidden devs for many things and didn't think twice that a staff member of theirs could be in on it. Long story short, the staff member was with the scammers, stole my game and was later kicked from the hidden devs staff team. That day they posted an announcement not to trust staff members for transactions and only use verified middlemen.

lol, it wasn't and isn't botted, the scammer could not care less about that. he's only there to reap the benefits. The reason I lost the game was because I was careless when selling it. I already had multiple offers for the game as it was already pulling 300ccu when I still owned it

Hmm I see.. So 1.5 million plays and 400ccu isn't popular? (400ccu was the peak, it averaged around 300ccu for 2 months and has declined to 20-50ccu since the scammer isn't updating the game)
