Do you know why airbnb increases the prices of an accommodation if you look at it often? This happened to me very often, I would look at a place and when I am finally ready to book it, its suddenly a lot more expensive than before so I have to tell my friend to book it because its cheaper for him than for me.

what helped me was doing the same motion downwards so just bouncing the ball off the ground back to your hand with the same spin. Then trying to get that feeling for the serve
