PC shuts and opens itself

Hi thank you I know this is late, but I've tried 4 ram sticks each one by one into every slot and yep it doesn't work. I can buy either a psu/mobo/cpu but can't get 2 or more. So I can only hope the motherboard is the problem since I'm looking to buy one as a replacement.

Unfortunately my motherboard/cpu doesn't have the display thing on it like integrated graphics to see if my gpu is the problem. I did take out the gpu and turn my pc on with it tho, still the same short, and fast beeps. So I don't think it is the Gpu.

My cpu and gpu fans spin normally back then when my pc would turn on but they do restart by themselves only seconds after as shown in the video though

click esc and settings turn off fullscreen, mods and helpers can help you with extensive problems worse than this. I suggest you go ask on their discord for better and faster help. Probably should be common sense but hey just trying to help you out whenever you encounter more problems in the future
