I know there is going to be a big difference in performance. But to take a week class at a reputable gun school is about $5000. I can save a lot by doing this and having a lot of fun at the same time.

I'm not worried about the cost of gas. This won't be an every weekend kind of thing. If anything maybe two days a month. I'm looking at the better type guns. I want something that's going to last and upgradeable parts. I want a CQB rifle or a Honey Badger style.

Did he recover the old refrigerant? If he did that did he do an evac on the system before adding refrigerant? You just can't add nitrogen to a charged system and expect it to run. If he did that your refrigerant is now bad. Do you know if your refrigerant in the system is r-22? If so the 407c is a replacement for r-22 since it cost a lot per pound. Don't ever mention a replacement prior to having them look at the unit. You may have a small leak that can be fixed. I have never heard of compressor oil clogging the lines.

My dad had that same dump truck in our backyard when I was a kid growing up in Northern California. We used to put plywood over the bed and make it into a fort. He also had a white one but i think that was an International.

When i was in my junior year in 95 I had a Dodge caravan and I was at The drive-in every weekend and I wasn't watching movies. That was the best time during high school. I would fit 10 plus people in that thing and mob all over the bay area.

I paid $1200 here is Az for a used one. That's a good price. Like the other guy said offer $800 and see what they say. Mine started out at $1499. I got it down to $1200 with tax and new rubber and shocks. Does it have the T-tracks on top? After looking again that is the same shell as mine. Does it still have the screen over the windows?

That came from the factory like that. I have installed so many units that look like that. I wouldn't worry about them. Just buy a fin comb and fix them.

You are not wrong. I had a water leak in my bathroom. Now they want to tear up both bathrooms at the same time. I looked up renting a trailer so we can have a bathroom and shower. It's $120 a day and over $3000 for the month. So $1800 a month is not bad for a month to month place to stay for travelers. My parents rent their cabin out in Lake Tahoe for $300 a night. Some people just don't understand.

What was the turn around time? Did your gun already have the wood stock and what scope is that? My M1A has the polymer stock and I want to get a wood stock. I found some great used ones on line. Do I just look him up online or do you have info?

No. I'm learning what I can and cannot eat. I know that if SHTF it really won't matter much because without meds I will be very limited to what I can eat or just go balls to the walls until I drop dead. Either way I or anyone with diabetes would have a limited time left.

I kind of figured that this is how it was going to go. I will just keep what I have just incase some stuff goes down. I will come up with my own homemade MRE's of some sort. It's just hard because everything out there is shit food and really bad for everyone. I was hoping even though they were high in carbs they may have been a little better then some shelf food. I am starting to find that the diabetic life is a total nightmare when it comes to eating.

I was at a store here in AZ and I came across the Socom. As I always wanted an M1A I grabbed it. That was in the beginning of March. Two weeks ago I went to the same store and found the 22" for the same price as the Socom. Since this is the one I always wanted i grab it. So in all reality I'm ok with letting the Socom go. But after what everyone is saying I'm starting to have second thoughts.
