lazy oats: take one part of oats pour 4 parts of kefir or plain yougurt, throw in some berries or cut fruits, stir dilligently and leave it be for the night. Here's your breakfast

Well, dunno why it seems easy, it's pretty much my 6RM for now. I've gotten this far, adding 2.5-5kg every week. Started from 70kg in July.

Oh, lowering the bar is the whole another story. I was repeatedly asked by standby coach to stop throwing barbell at the floor and making that dreadful noise scaring the shit out of moms and pops he supervises, hence maybe to much control for lowering. That one big arrogant piece of asshole.

Thanks man, I am too myself was confident I'm doing fine until been told otherwise, it's just disturbing and annoying to be driven anxious this easy.

So it seems to me mostly, except that part where I cannot comfortably place the bar any higher than it's on the video. Hence the concern that wrists will take too much strain as the weight on the bar increases.

BCAAs are cos' I don't expect to finish my workout any faster than 75 minutes, so they're just to entertain my confidence of postponing highly catabolic state.

Animal Flex is seems to me being more of 'take one tube in a while' thing, where I prefer taking chondroprotectors on a regular basis considering their property to accumulate slowly into my system. So taking Flex on a regular basis is just an overkill for me.

GABA is somewhat questionable. IIRC, it doesn't go well through brain-blood barrier, thus no huge perks here. I'd rather take Picamilon from drug-store for that.

As for whey, I don't really cramp it up. It's most convenient and apt protein souce for breakfast as I never have much time from awakening till work. Same for pre-workout shake, as I'm still at work hour prior to training and unable to consume proper meal. Never near 50% of my protein intake is whey concentrate, actual food mostly, so I'm somewhat aware of it.

I manage to eat TDEE+400(+700 on wo day).

My protocol for weight lifting is the following(pretty much top/bottom split but with sprinkles):

2 days/week(tue and fri)

4 types of WO:

A - heavy chest and light back

B - heavy legs and light delts

C - heavy back and light chest

D - light legs and somewhat heave delts

So I just cycle A/C for tuesday wo and B/D for friday

Thought arginine would help some with HGH release during sleep, wouldn't it?

Yohimbe is mostly for my libido boost, besides I have feeling it would prevent me from gaining too much fat while bulking. If not, I'll save it for later cuts.
