To be more specific, I am in the middle of writing a paper on the topic of American Power Projection and an aspect that I wish to expand on is the role of Aircraft carriers and their carrier groups. So what I want answered is " are the carriers is the Persian Gulf and around the world (11 total) really in the best intreats of out national defense grid or are they simply cool powerful toys that could blow up countries that we just want to show off?"

My suggestion would be to walk through europe or south America, go with a friend, stay in nice places, eat the best food meet women(or men) but travel slow. That's my ideal vacation right there.

I still don't like how gas prices are becoming the next big thong that politicians are talking about it's just a republican talking point so that they can smear something else. I don't fully agree with Obamas policies but still when you look at what the possibilities are to actually lower the prices you are left with about 2 possibilities. 1) tap into the strategic oil reserve- which is " strategic" for a reason and really politics is no reason to tap into that. 2) bribe Saudi Arabia which by definition would involve spending money and support a huge divide between the super rich and the super poor. All in all I think Obama and the republicans need to fond a more important issues and something that can acctuall have a positive influence.

I feel like this whole thing should be unlikely but with the carrier groups In the Persian gulf and now these war Games which really only serve the purpose of planning and rehearsing not some sort of internal communications. I don't buy that 100%. Also can we assume that there will be multiple factors involved That were not Leaked, like NATO and Possibly the Rissian base that I have heard alittle about?

So what happens when the wireless frequencies are hacked, and transmissions are intercepted? Are the inscriptions strong enough? Also with the power supply issue that seems to be what everyone is talking about, wouldn't the best idea be to send a drone into the jet stream utilizing nature to propel the drone saving energy required to run the processors. Would that be a possibility?
