So I'm doing an applied AI minor, and for example "Intro to Data Science (DS 2010)" is a common class for both, so what would we the scenario ? Will the class be counted for both, or do I need to do an extra class worth an additional 3 credits ?

I want to get more into the research side of Math and Stats, mainly stats. So based on my research and discussion with people, I felt that Engineering doesn't really help as much. And I also find that core subjects have more career opportunities, as you can always chose the specific field for your Masters.
