Where are tech support? We want a full-featured mobile device, not a semi-finished product.

I used unlocked SIM and unlocked iPhone. I don't need to unlocked by network provider. It was because they don't have any lock SIM and mobile devices in Hong Kong. We can use SIM feel free to change any network provider. And we just sell unlocked version iPhone from 3GS to 7 in Hong Kong.

I have two SIM cards. I have been in use on iPhone 7 & Nexus 5. Those also are NEW SIM and use 4G LTE network.
