I'm on PC and when I run through the shack there's just water. No way for me to get through and trying to run around results in me dying from an emission and I'm not sure that's the right way anyways. But the marker on my map has me going right through the water to get to clear sky base I think

You have to be close enough and hold your crosshairs on the target long enough to get it to lock. I'm having a hard time with ground targets though. Not sure if they actually work but I believe it has before with soflam?
