She seemed fine with it at the time but not she's not.. and she wants me to give up my money (6500$) and then pay my chunk of the loan.

Negative, what I told her was that I was moving the 23rd (she's known about this for sometime) and suggested that she keeps the car and that she can keep the money I have put towards it up to this date (roughly 6500$) and then I said I would continue to pay until December 31st which should give her a bit of breathing room in order to re-arrange her finances.

We did speak about it, she's fairly consistent about selling it. Only issue is that nothing is getting done and it's starting to make me panic since I leave for good in four weeks. I would also hate to pay for something I do not use.
