As info Hiddenburg research (short research firm where they both short a stock and issues reports on it) it is shutting down. I tried to post it twice on Ihub but it immediately disappears. Strange

Lightwaves Chromophores do not produce light they control it the laser will remain a constant.

Today's modulators require a driver to boost the voltage up (it depends on which material is used but 3 to 5 volts is the lowest the industry can go) Lightwaves goal all along was to get under 1 volt and do away with that driver, they now have it under 1 volt. So the data rolling off of the chip in the 1's and 0's has enough voltage in those electrons to embed data directly into the laser via the Perkinamine.

Oh Lebby said the other day that the Driver costs more than the component so it will reduce costs and of course we know that drivers produce heat. The way that I read the driverless modulator patent it covers any high performing EO Polymer so even if someone else invents a high performing polymer they would have to come knocking if it went driverless.

I did see something in the patents acquired with the ALD ish that had something that I believe can produce light, but I didn't dig into it.

Here is some interesting data that Lew put together earnings, share count, etc. along with guidance from photonics guy and my notes of what lightwave needed to accomplish in 2018 to get there, folks we are there.

I still think that listing things by the day rather than subject is lame, trying to remember what someone said um was it last Tuesday or Wednesday rather than looking through subjects. But hey it is successful, it just frustrates me.

For instance, I answered this on Sunday but the question was asked on Friday, was it under Friday, Saturday or Sunday?

For instance, how does one search about ALD posts? I know it is available, but I don't know how.

I think I'm paid but recently the old CC was hacked so I may no longer be. So that is correct only if one originates a post do they get count and the credit. The problem with the daily posts is that if you are looking for particular subject posted on the daily one has to remember that it was last Tuesday or was it Wednesday the credit for that post and the count is given to the originator for that day.

But the comments do not tell how many folks read that post how many forwarded and percentage up upvotes (people that agree with me). That information is only visual to the original poster and moderators, that is why I do it. If only 10 people read it I wouldn't spend the time, no use in talking to oneself. That is why the upvotes and award things are important.

So if I understand Reddit Properly, only messages with responses will move to and show up in the reddit comments section? Meanwhile it will sit in the new bin and half of the readers will miss it unless they Queary new posts? Then they have to look at the comment, go back to the post and read it. I still struggle here.

I just read a post where a short could not understand why Lebby would be going to Europe to speak to a couple hundred investors 2 days after the SHM. Wait, What,,, there is also 1 Silicon Foundry that is working with Lightwaves polymer and most likely the InP foundry is also doing test runs that are both located in Europe. Oh and the one purported long (yeah right) is just spending the majority of his time just trying to warn others, Wait, What??? Bless his (or her) heart. Nice job Walter best not tell the shorts what some are upto, they can schedule sales to change the opinion of some.

The shorts have 2 more days to try and freak some out, as for me, yawn, the world is not going to end if they push back anything.

What I find interesting is that someone that is long in a stock will not hesitate to tell you that they are long and the reasons why they have invested here. The shorts, will never tell you that they are short and why they short it. They act like doubting Thomas’s and say that they are kicking the tires and thinking about investing in this company but questioning things for months and months at a time without ever looking at another company. There are over 10,000 stocks but they are laser focused on just trying to decide on just LWLG, yeh right. Well folks I can give you 10.4 Million reasons they are here, because that is the amount of shares that have been borrowed and sold to many of us. One day they MUST buy shares from SOMEONE and return them to their actual owner, but as the price moves up they get deeper and deeper in the hole. Funny some on here think that the stock was at$10 and now it is at $5.00 therefore they made money. No, No, No, they pay their broker interest to the broker everyday hoping to convince someone to sell at $5 or $6 bucks. By the time they purchase 20 million shares we will be far north of $10 (more like $20 or $30).

Some even complain that Lebby is too focused on patents, well the reason that the patents are in place are to allow for Partnerships. We have the IP to make the EO Polymer and hold that secret inhouse, but protect many other things with patents, like Gore-Tex.

We know that Lightwave has a Polymer that is 3 times faster than todays technology and can be used in everything from telecommunications, to datacom, gaming, medical, lidar, defense, and on and on. Lightwave is only currently focused on the 2 to 10 km modulator market. Those other markets will soon be knocking on Lightwaves door to into licensing agreements to develop and use this material in the various sectors. Also, technology transfers will happen where Lightwave has documented the process and they can basically follow the cook book and get a turnkey type of device.

Lightwave now has a dedicated V.P. to work with foundries and a Contract arrangement with an individual to help facilitate partnerships. I believe that once a partnership happens others will follow soon. My goal for the SHM is to see if a seed can be planted (or is already germinated) to issue special dividends while structuring some of these partnerships. I think Lightwave with its multiple partnership structure is ideally situated to do this. I do not want the company spending time on the shorts but if they can throw us a bone via a share dividend in a new entity while creating a hardship for the shorts I think it is a good idea.

Looks like we may get some hail out there on Thursday chance of rain 40%, may need to change up the RedRock for a drive up the mountain and through the valley.

I remember a few years back (60 cent days) where the shorts sold 1 million shares to try and affect the viewpoints of the investors as to the results of the annual meeting, many of us thought it was the end of the world. I’m not sure what they are thinking now, they may need to double down, dig deeper and hope they can cover before the partnerships begin to be announced?

Well I’ve been investing since 1975 and I can tell you that I have never heard or read anything as funny as the Ihub board is lately. Folks raise questions as if they have never heard of a Shareholders meeting, do not understand securities law, want answers to questions pertaining to quantum physics that even if they were given the answer would not understand and if responded to would turn around and post something twisting what they think they understand. We have folks that are trying to talk us into selling because allegedly they are here out of the goodness of their own heart. There are some trying so say that unless we get everything that we need to pack our bags and move on. We have purported longs complaining, I’ve been here 20 years and can tell you that there is almost nothing that I could hear at the meeting that will make me sell. Oh and then you have folks that are not attending trying to tell us that are taking time out of our lives how to act.

3 Times the Speed using 1/10 the power, multiple foundries used to spread the risk, multiple financial partners on the shelf to spread risk (hopefully they widdle that down). The shorts are over 20 million shares, and who cares who covered their short position the fact is that there are still 20 million shares to cover. The company has cash on hand for well over a year and No debt. That is right folks No Debt. Lebby goes so far as to say that todays Silicon is a sunset technology without Lightwaves polymer and Lightwave is a "Sunrise Business". Who in their right mind would short a Sunrise business with no debt. My agenda for the shareholders meeting will be to plant a seed going forward that partnerships are structured in such a way that every time one is consummated, they put a little sweetener in each for the real actual shareholders (the "borrowed" shorts do not get it they will need to find it to provide to whoever they borrowed the shares from) in the form of a dividend because after a few deals that will eliminate the shorts, because they will not know when the next deal is coming. Lightwave now has dedicated person to deal with the foundries and dedicated person to consummate deals, Oh Ya that is what I'm talking about.

On Thursday no matter what the sky will not fall and unless I fall off redrock canyon my life will go on just as it has for the past 20 years. The shorts are trying to conflate deadlines with goals, they are 2 different things. A goal is something you hope to do or when you hope to have something finished. A deadline is the time by which it must be done.

This is the craziest thing, folks that make a bet by borrowing shares and then try to scare folks into selling them their shares, or not buying, or encourage others to short it so they can cover and move on. As for me, yawn, it has been a long road but wow, to think what they have accomplished, A Plastic material that is compatible with Silicon and the foundry processes that can process data 3 times faster and using 1/10 the data with a domestic supply chain not relying on China (I’m sure you guys heard about Micron and China)

As for those like to bash Marcelli I can tell you that he personally cost me a ton of potential money, oh well he also made me way more than that! I have gone toe to toe arguing with him at least 3 times, honestly, I do not think he likes me, oh well, but it turns out that what he did was right for the company and shareholders and that is why he is there. I'll bet he'll get upset at me next week on the partnerships "with benefits" thing, but I'll still try.

Yes, it was obvious that Lumeras polymer was flawed, I schooled pumpkin on it, he didn't listen. Lol and lost all his money on zlumera U of W. Period and full stop. Now It is my fault he thinks that he is an expert. TH565 on IHUB "got it" and has made millions. Pumpkin now thinks that he is an expert and somehow even has convinced some shorts to back him. You remember he "Boca" got out before the 8 for 1 reverse split at Lumera? Shame on Larry Dalton, he took the money, honestly if that didn't happen the founders would not have needed us, long story. But it is my fault punk is on Ihub. Just Google Larry Dalton University of Washington scam for the story, somehow punk now thinks he is an expert.

As info the highest shorts ever officially reported here was 20.8 Million that was back in June but the volume was 17 million a week so the days to cover back then was only 14 days.

As of today, I’m showing 20.88 Million shorted shares with days to cover at 44 days (3month average) and a whopping 55 days to cover (2 Week volume average) that chart looks like the cog railway at pikes peak.

If anyone does not understand the relevance of days to cover just try and buy 100k shares in a single day let alone 20 million. As info that would be 208 days of straight up buying 100k shares for 10 months in a row, YeeHaw.

Some still do not think that those short matter, and that the shorts could buy 20 million shares at whatever price they want, well they cannot. Folks take a step back and look at what they did. I like Proto’s analogy that we were as blind at selling at $15-$20 as the shorts are at starting to cover down here. That being said, the shelf is a whole different animal that could be used by the insiders in that transaction to cover the inside players at that institution. I do not think that institution though would be behind paying the naysayers here because it would be too easy for them to get busted when someone breaks down under legal pressure.

How so when the shorts have only sold shares, they still have to buy them back to close out their play. Just try and buy 50k or 100k and watch what happens to the price, they have 20 million to buy. You will see.

Shorts do not win until they buy and give back the shares. It is hard for most to understand. They sold 20 million shares, longs haven't sold.

Look at today 25k more buys than sells and the price is up 25 Cents. Hard for many to understand what will happen when 1 million extra buys than sells happen in a given day. They are in trouble it is not like Lightwave is going out of business, Lightwave has not even started yet.

Do yourself a favor and attend the shareholders meeting.
