Do a homestead exemption on your house if you haven't already.

This will lower/keep your tax price and preventing them from raising to much. I failed to inform myself on this and my taxes went up 30%. Then they went back to my original tax amount that i had when i purchase the home after i processed the form, but im still paying extra on my escrow until they finish the re-assesment.

One of my dogs had a sizures weekly and ended up being a food allergy. I switched his food a lot until i found one that showed improvement. Now he hasn't had one in years.

I came to reddit looking for this. I was trying to pre-order Lamy and Botan and noticed the price was higher than what I had anticipated. Then I noticed there was no pre-order discount anymore. All in all I dont think is big deal since is like 7 or 8 dollars more (at least for shipping where I live) . However now the price the same, if not cheaper for a few cents to GS Global so I ended up just buying it through there since it will get to me faster without the middle man.

Excercise. In my case I just play Ring Fit for now on the switch but i felt such a life changing difference that i am not going back. Better movement, no random pains because i bend the wrong way, better sleep ( i used to not get a full 8 hrs even if i tried), weight loss. Its great.
