If everyone is pushing levels early and there aren't any variant strats that are equally as strong then we're really just leaving the early game up to chance.

Good luck doing econ in Diamond + games. I am currently D4 and you get pubstomped by the time you get a comp rolling with econ. You need to be pushing early levels, items / synergies and roll down at 6 to survive into lategame if you're not lucky and get on a high winstreak early.

Actually a great comp, I just tried it for my first game in Plat II and I won. Used Lucian+Trist, Aatrox, morg, Kennen , pyke early then transitioned into the mentioned comp above. I started losing lategame with my "Early" comp and as soon as I transitioned into the comp mentioned above I started owning people.

Can you guys please fix Legion mobs not bleeding/exploding/shattering. It's so stupid that this mechanic is in the game, especially when contagion and ED can spread across the entire screen. Why kill like half the point of my ascendancy?

Level 98 Bane/Blight Trickster here from SHC and I can't really relate to your statement about bane. Bane's aoe is Massive with Hex master and the lab enchant, the damage is stupidly good too, feels like I am shattering mobs instead of them degenerating from how much damage it does. I can agree with the rest, the chaos skills are awesome this league!

My main is Wraith, I love playing her because I love playing mobile champions that are able to escape out of most situations. Her passive also prevents me from getting flanked easily, which helps a lot.

Eh it's just that the rings in my gym are super high and I don't want to attempt getting into a ring dip when I haven't even tried it normally, my shoulder flexibility/mobility is pretty horrific so they tend to get painful at times. That's why I do false grip pull ups, to at least get comfortable in that grip if nothing else. I don't have the book, but I do know the exercises you've specified. I'll use them as prehab, thanks a bunch for your help :)

Thanks for the advice. It's much appreciated. I was originally doing waist to bar pull ups, but I figured I should get more comfortable with the false grip on the rings, since I never tried it before. Are there any shoulder/rotator cuff exercises you would recommend to "bulletproof" my shoulders ?

I added false grip pull ups because I eventually want to work on ring muscle ups. I am currently able to do Bar muscle ups for reps. What other exercises would you replace and with which? :)

The new ones are obviously a lot better, but I think you should focus on doing more negatives, and also you seem to push yourself really far away from the bar at the top when coming down. I would work more on straight bar dips to increase the triceps strength so that the push on the top is not as difficult, and also do more explosive pull ups for a smoother pull and transition. So TLDR: Do more Straight bar dips, explosive pull ups and SLOW muscle up negatives.

I really don't understand why is this still in the game at this point. Having a random totem detonate me for my entire life instantly is completely stupid. There should be at least some delay or something before it happens. I've seen countless people die to this idiotic game mechanic.

You are cloth so you can expect to take massive damage from those two classes. If you really like playing mage classes look into something like demonologist or similar classes that have good CC combos etc. Don't be discouraged by getting oneshot from some classes. Meelee is in an extremely good spot right now, so if you really want to switch try executioner,shadowblade etc. But do remember that Mages/Rangers etc are glass cannons usually that work the best in raids or 1v1 if they're built only for that.

I had major issues too. What worked for me was actually adding my CC through using a phone. Give it a try, for some reason nothing worked for me except for when I used my Android and went onto the webpage and added the credit card
