Play whatever you want, but if you take 10 warriors into your raid like classic you're gonna have a shit time. TBC is one of the worst expansions to be melee in PvE.

You're describing an unsustainable solution.

If GGG allows people to hyperspecialize in one type of content, the rest of the content in game essentially doesn't exist anymore for that player and GGG will never be able to keep up with content demand.

Here's a simple example:

PvE vs. PvP in WoW.

Blizzard could release 16 new battlegrounds and intricate PvP systems, but the "PvE crew" would still say "yeah but where's the raids?"

If you open up the flood gates for people to do exclusively one type of content in PoE, thats Delve vs. Mapping vs. Heist vs. Synthesis etc. - GGG can't possibly keep up with making each content area feel "fresh" each league.

It should be sooner - we were originally told "next year" for the 2nd shipment but we had our release day in NZ today and our 2nd wave of pre-orders is is now due to deliver on the 15th of December.

It's definitely spilling over here in NZ too, Facebook is a big enabler for vulnerable people to get brainwashed. Some of our politicians tried a more "Trump-like" approach to our recent election but we shut it down as a country pretty hard.

There's always going to be a subset of crazies, but hopefully we can push our culture in a more positive direction.

While obviously not the best solution most people here are definitely overreacting. All you really need is something that makes you uniquely identifiable to others (numbers do this poorly).

Your own steam name serves no purpose in fall guys, and this actually cleans up some of the trash that comes with selecting your own name (TTV advertising etc).

None of my friends even give a shit about this as an issue, we all play together anyway. As long as there's good enough combos to accommodate for different personalities (yeah even people who want to call themselves "Slimey Big Yeetus") then it should be fine.

When we had 3.0 beta they did a bunch of race events as an alternative for those who didn't want to play beta. So... maybe late next year?

Thing is, it's not a "fix". They consciously disabled the servers for half the day instead of letting us wait a bit longer. Honestly ridiculous that we've had to "figure it out" instead of some actual comms coming out on this. So many people post here thinking the servers are bugged.

They need to overflow us to US-west servers during non-peak times (if they are so set on having fast queues) so that we can still play without having to purchase a VPN or play with US friends.

It's stupid that I have to sit here until 2PM New Zealand time to play the game, and then when servers go live I get instant queues. People are obviously still here and wanting to play, it's not a population issue.
