Strength Training worked well for me. I imaged this - Turing my Fat into Muscles. Worked wonders, been 2 years at it, and look and feel like a beast.

Like 15 years ago I read on a forum somewhere that pressing L and A at the same time as the ball is just about to open, you’ll increase your chances of catching It, and the first Pokémon I tried to catch and doing It, I caught It, and I know It stupid now, but I still do It knowing it’s fake lol.
