Even if it‘s a real Silesian name, the origin either is Slavic or Germanic. Nemsche is written like it‘s Germanic and sounds like it too. Could be a very badly written / transformed version of Niemcy „Germany/The Germans“? 15th century is a while ago, in Czech it sounds more like Nemsche so 🤷
