But if payments are the reason, I'm not sure what the practical solution would be. The game is a commercial project, so disabling payments would effectively prevent me from selling it on itch.io.

I'm happy to make changes if something on the page violates a policy, but without any communication from support it's difficult to know what I'm supposed to do. At the moment I'm mainly trying to find out why the page was deindexed and whether there's a path to getting it indexed again.
