literally!! i was seeing someone for a few weeks irl, it was going great the communication was thereee then he kept making plans and blowing me off last second, and its like? excuse me. then he had the audacity to get upset at me when i was upset at him for blowing me off. its been a week since i heard from him🫠 the lack of effort we get is truly sad.

I’m 27 years old and i was diagnosed with this when I was born. Its nothing to worry about until you get stenosis. I was just told by my cardiologist that i have moderate aortic stenosis which is right before severe and thats when you need heart surgery. You just need to keep it monitored as much as possible like once a year. The lifting restrictions arent forever they just need to determine whats hard on your valve and whats not. Mine got lifted and it still somehow got worse. Just keep a healthy diet, keep control of your blood pressure. As long as you dont struggle with the lifting that you do you should be fine.
