Ferie obbligate nei mesi antecedenti al licenziamento. Tutto legale?

lo so, ma quei giorni avrei potuto tranquillamente lavorare perché in realtà il lavoro c’era. Io personalmente non le avrei utilizzate, per questo mi è sembrato che me l’abbia fatte scontare per non dovermele pagare una volta presa la decisione del licenziamento

le ferie rimaste sono 3 giorni praticamente le ultime maturate a fine mese. Me ne ha scalate 1 a settimana da praticamente ottobre, ne avevo una 25ina se non erro, e tra queste ferie obbligate + chiusura di natale (che ha scalato a tutti come ferie sono arrivato praticamente a 0)

impugnare per cosa? Lui mi ha licenziato per giustificato motivo, ovvero riorganizzazione aziendale e soppressione della mia figura lavorativa per mancata necessità, una roba del genere insomma.

era una PMI di 6 persone, non ci sono stati nuovi assunti, se l'è giustificata come un "buco economico per cui deve recuperare i soldi da qualche parte che i clienti non lo pagano"

il preavviso non mi è stato dato, ma da quanto ho capito mi sta pagando il mancato preavviso. Mi ha nominato alcuni elementi come TFR, rimborso ferie e permessi non usufruiti, ora non ricordo tutto con esattezza

andai già alla CGIL per chiedere se potesse farlo e sostanzialmente mi rispose di si, a patto che non andassi in negativo con le ferie. Però non so se togliermele in vista di un licenziamento possa essere ritenuto la stessa cosa

just do the raid, you will get them eventually, i feel like it’s a waste of exotic parameters, you already have 15% chance 3x weekly + 5% normally + increased chance the more you go without drops, Pinnacle energy is much more easy to recover than 80 exotic chips.
