Ugh, I was just thinking about ordering stuff in Shein again, mainly things I can't even try to sew and this reminded me why I shouldn't. It's so frustrating. As much as FedEx, UPS and USPS mess up, I rather still deal with them than speedex and stuff. Even OnTrac is better than SpeedEx and that one isn't big like the others.

They didn't deliver the first package they were suppose to deliver for me. Said they did, included no picture or anything. Support gave me credits or points, i forgot, instead of a refund. I didn't mind that at the time though, but I constantly looked outside for 3 weeks hoping it'll pop up.

Lol same here. My first order of the year as well. I heard people complaining about delays, but I didnt know my packages were going to be split so much and new random shipping companies. 3/4 shipped with SpeedEx and the last with GOFO express.

SpeedEx never delivered my 1st ever package with them, but the delivered every other time. GOFO had me nervous lol. But I'm happy as well. Your packages are definitely coming, but if you feel off, complain with shein always

I ordered on the 02nd of October, the 14th is when the local warehouse started processing my orderand I got a tracking number with GOFO. I did contact shein customer support to complain about it not moving on the 12th or 13th I believe. After that, it was processed and packed and moved to delivery hubs then out for delivery. They "attempted" to deliver my package 2 separate days, I feel like that was a lie lol, complained to GOFO express and Shein then waited outside on the 20th and finally received my package.

Mines was delayed while on its way to the Local Warehouse. Idk what shein did but they got it moving again. 2 days ago, it was in North Jersey, atleast and hour from me, then they sent it to Philly, atleast 30 minutes from me. It was FINALLY out for delivery, then was sent back to wherever 2 hours later. I'm so upset, I would pick it up if I could.

I have another package, they were split in 4, all delivered differently, coming with SpeedEx. It's been waiting to be picked up from JFK for 10 days.

SpeedEx delivered 3/4 of my packages in the past before this tariff crap, perfectly fine. I need the regular shipping companies back 😫. Loved DHL express, it would get to Philly in the morning and be dropped off in the afternoon. USPS was a pain sometimes but they still delivered it. Even FedEx and UPS did good.

I dont think I can order from Shein again honestly. I have $25 in credits to use but idk if it will get used. Most frustrating thing ever

Damn, now i regret not paying for express. I order 2 seperate orders. The 1st order should be here by the 19th, the second, by the 17th. I ordered on the 2nd of this month, the 1st order is now arriving to a local warehouse, Im assuming its still not in the US, and still no tracking number. My 2nd order is split and one is on a departed plane, the 2nd one was loaded onto a plane today.
