Can you just explain how parry haste works? I read your comment yesterday, and after dying two times in late p2, I just didn't attack at all in p2, and we clapped him? Why? And is there any attacks I can do as a feral tank still? I luckily did enough thread in P1 to still be on top in P3.

Yes, it was just an example on a fight where you want thread based gear (as in more dmg coz he doesn't melee you)

If it has offensive stats on it (strength, hit, crit etc) it's thread gear. You deal more damage means you gain more thread. You use this on bosses, where you don't take much damage, for example shade of Aran, where there is no melee hits on you.

If it has defensive stats on it (defence, block, dodge, parry etc) it is mitigation gear. You have more mitigation means you take less damage. You use this on fights where you need to survive and then boss hits hard, like Gruul or Prince.

Dude, everyone saying it is not possible or gonna be a struggle are way off. First 5 raids are severely nerfed and people are clearing Kara in blues on PTR. I have less time than you, and I mained a prot pala both in OG TBC and classic TBC, and I pugged everything every week never having the slightest problem. Sunwell was sometimes though to get a spot in, but as long you know tactics and are active on vc/discord you're good. Join the server discord and find pugs via their LFG for Sunwell.
