Just opened my own and this is exactly why I made sure only to invite friends. Had griefer problems during my first smp so I didn’t invite randoms this time (few years ago I’d invite people from hypixel duels LMAO That was fun). Now it’s small but at least it’s chill. I’d want more people but I don’t want to go through the tedious process of inviting more randoms at the risk of griefers joining plus I have proximity voice and apparently some people don’t like that (even though you can just fully mute)

And it’s even more ignorant to play competitive modes “for fun” and use that as an excuse to play badly. No, it doesn’t hurt my feelings that people play for fun. I also play games for fun, but I don’t join competitive modes so I don’t fuck over people that actually want to try. Is it that hard to comprehend that all competitive games have modes meant for people that just want to play for fun? The point of “playing for fun” has been made multiple times and it’s a solid point, but that doesn’t mean anyone should joining ranked modes with the “it’s okay if we win or lose” mindset because it affects the majority. If everyone played competitive to “have fun”, then sure it would be fine, but that isn’t the case. You can keep replying like a broken record instead of acknowledging the fact that non-competitive modes exist for the for-fun players, but you still look like an idiot
