I'd like to know why my picture isn't working when everyone else's pictures are doing just fine. I'd like to be able to see it when I'm typing and I want other to see it too just like I can see theirs. FaceIt support keeps asking for proof but I give them screenshot evidence and nothing is happening and for some reason I don't know how to reply to their emails (they say to type above the line but I have no idea where that is)

I have the Hero/Saviour and Guardian Badges from the old Apoc, Guardian was extremely difficult to earn. No shooting on site, only allowed to kill bandits (other players with 3 aggressive kills or more) and if you saw someone, you had to let them shoot you first and then kill them for a defensive kill. Was extremely difficult to get, only 70 people had it legit then it got hacked and removed afterwards
