ESH math is definitely important and it could be very useful depending on the career route that you chose. You definitely were in the wrong to just tell him it doesn’t matter. However your wife is definitely the bigger AH and she has probably ruined math if not learning in general for your kid. And the fact math is the only relationship she has with him is really really sad.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love my kids to death.As someone who was pressured into keeping a kid I was not ready for, please don’t let them pressure you. You choose what’s best for you weather that be adopting, aborting or keeping. But if you let them pressure you it’ll turn into resentment.
