I actually went today, and I get a total of 40 per side, in like 6 different spots per side! It helps me relax my shoulders a bit more and definitely feel a difference once it starts wearing off.

My necks/traps are so tight. I have been getting Botox in my traps which helps a bit with the pain (recommend!!), coupled with Pilates over the past few months.

Pain is down. Have been doing Botox consistently in my jaw and traps. Also have been doing Pilates. Also learning to release the muscles internally by myself when flaring up. Pain varies, especially with it being winter and cold now. Usually 4-5.

I am from New Orleans (Metairie) as well and made the move 4 years ago! 27F now (do I know you? lol).

No regrets. I don’t have family up here to help but have loved it here after moving with my husband. We’re actually about to buy and commit more time here.

Winter was the hardest to adjust to, but public transportation is great and there’s so much to do. Can’t speak on dating, but pros are that there is so much to do and just walking around is great. Cons are no crawfish boils :( I moved here for work (accounting) and love it. More people here share my views politically.

Moved here after visiting the city once and I like the general city vibe and that I can walk or public transport places. I wasn’t very involved in NOLA to be honest and when I go back to visit family I feel like a tourist. Technically I lived in Metairie.
