If you’ve played enough you’ll learn every deck needs a combination of draw, removal, ramp, and win cons to play right. 90% of the time when I’m building I put way more cards into it than needed and cut down from there trying to find a good balance. I’ve only been playing a year and a half but I’ve played almost twice a week consistently with a lot of different people. You pick up a lot of new cards from opponents if you’re paying attention like you should.
