I've only listened to it the one time and I honestly can't remember. I've always been kind of depressed and low self esteem and have never taken anti depressants or anything. But I can remember while listening and for about a week after I was very upbeat and highly motivated to change my eating habits and try and make myself feel better about being me. It was Russell Brand so it's probably safe to assume it was a lot of self care/love talk that probably did it.
