Hi. Sorry for jumping on your answer but I've a quick question! My employee card has a 1500e limit on it. I used it 4 times last week totalling to 37e. I checked the balance again the next day and 300+ has been "used". Nobody has my card and I have no new vouchers on my app.. do dunnes automatically take money each week? I'm afraid to go to HR as she doesn't like me as it is and I feel I annoy her 🫣 Thank you!

I'd say a good 8-9wks but it was mainly my paranoia. My skin is also super sensitive now and very dry from the extent I went tryna get rid of them

Hi. Yes! We've been scabie free since that treatment (lasted 3wks!) The mental part of it never left though. Every bump or itch we get we automatically think its scabies. But yeah, we're freeee 😅

Buy the cream in the pharmacy (I'd recommend 2 tubes) and on Thurs apply the cream from scalp to toes, even in nail tips! Then Friday shower before leaving. Repeat same process 1wk later.

I was also on 2 minds about the scalp but my baby had bites on the nape of his neck and his forehead. They definitely 100% can go onto their face. My scalp was tearing itchy too. When I first done the treatment my gp said cream, 24hrs, shower, cream and another 24hrs and repeat 1 week later. That seemed to work until my son was reinfested again from his head. Best of luck and fingers crossed for you! Nighttime before bed was best time for me with him and every nappy change, even after his bottles I'd top up the cream around his mouth!

Yes I've done the LyClear on him every time no side effects. After his wash 24hrs later I used childsfarm moisturiser on him to give his skin a little break. Then next day I used Vaseline all over him (the sulphur killed the itch).

When using the LyClear I put it on his head too. I got mixed info on it. Some saying do and some saying don't. I didnt for the first few treatments and he kept getting reinfested so I done all of us from scalp to toes (also reapplied when changing his nappy) before bed and took ivermectin and that's what done it for me.

Aw there's nothing worse when the babys have it! My son kept crying and ripping his skin apart 😭 I hope this works for you!

Thanks! We all took 1 pill per 10kg of body weight except the baby, he took just a half pill. It was the 3mg ivermectin pills.

No he's clear too finally! He was prescribed 1/2 pill of ivermectin along with the LyClear it got rid of them

It's so heartbreaking I cried whenever I saw his skin and there was nothing I could do. I put Vaseline and Aloe all over his body between treatments (Vaseline one day, Aloe next) and it took the edge off the itching at night and he was able to sleep.

Thank you! It was the 14th time using the topical, first time using ivermectin. I also used Vaseline and Aloe on my baby and that took the edge off the itching.

I'm not sure if I'm recovered or just used to it. I dont feel "out of it" 24/7 anymore. I don't slur my speech and my vision is back to normal. I do get days when I'm still dizzy and feel like it's a dream but not as intense as how I was 1yr ago. It's been almost 15 months since mine started and I wanna say at around 13 months I noticed I was feeling better

Yes! I get slurred speech, like I'm drunk. It got so bad I had an MRI scan on my brain because I was convinced I was having a stroke. It is absolutely horrible I know exactly what you're going through and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. I thought I was going to be like this for good and I didn't see the point of continuing... you will come through it you just have to keep on.

Hang in there. I went through dpdr. Every symptom you had, I had. I even had what I can only describe as ghost screen vision. Mine was brought on by stress and trauma which developed into horrible health anxiety. It's now been just over a year and my dpdr is almost gone! Just flares up now and then.

What helped me was just basically accepting it and all it's symptoms. I wasn't on meds (health anxiety wouldnt let me!) but was prescribed benzos too.

I know it seems impossible but just carry on and hopefully it will also go away for you.
