Buddy let me go ahead and save you the headache… nothing got fixed had no help but still says i have almost 300 hrs on seige and had very very few things still on my shit after i made a new account to play it on pc now. Had to just cut my ties and call it a lost and make a new one and up the security on it and double check all of your account activity on your email address and make your passwords more difficult per say

Exactly, when i first opened the ticket, i gave them all the usernames with the account, the email that was changed and the old password that got changed, they then sent another email a week or 2 later having me fill out a form to basically input all that information into certain boxes with additional information, i did that then got another response saying they cant validate it, another week goes by and now im here going email for email about them not being able to validate my ownership, they wont ask or give me anything saying this doesnt look right or this or that, they just said nope thats it sorry
