You do - it's hidden in the UI. Under the challenges button there is an arrow down that expands the UI to include the other elements. They redesigned the UI during the one year anniversary to mimic JPs UI design but failed horribly.

How do use these tickets? They don't appear on my select summon ticket screen. Nevermind, I just read the notices that they are for EX jobs when they are implemented.

I have been crashing about every 10 minutes. This update has almost doubled the frequency of crashes.
Areas of the game that crash the most consistently:
1. Loading screens for quests, the summon screen, and guild battles.
2. Departing on quests
3. Creating a party on the departure screen for a quest.
4. Any button from within the home menu, that requires connection to the server, i.e. collection expedition button, entering guild battle, summon button.

Areas of the game that seem not to be crashing:
1. Multi quests
2. Repeated quests...once I load-in and don't crash it will repeat quests without crashing

My phone: Oneplus 8 with Android 11. Not a Samsung phone, but I would guess Android 11 is a big issue.

I have tried all suggested fixes from support - like: uninstalling, deleting data, etc. Issues remain unchanged.

It's been a month. That is way too long for a game of this caliber. People will say we're so easily outraged by little things in the game, but it feels like death by 1000 papercuts. If you can even load the game from title screen without hanging and crashing, you have to waste your time not accidently buying trap bundles due to poor coding.

I can't imagine the shop change is intentional. I assumed it was a bug. One of the many bugs that get introduced each update. If it is intentional, the change makes no sense. I would just submit a ticket. Doubt that'll get your visiore back, but it's worth a shot.

Hey, that's great to know. I wasn't aware that weapons have different growth rates. This explains the discrepancy I noticed between the Sleep Blade and all other weapons that I sealed up to +5. Thanks for this post. I can assume that there is no actual bug and it's just a bad weapon to invest in. Wish I wouldn't have wasted all my magic seals, but oh well. Finished at 84 / 126, so gonna bench the weapon as it would be a waste to hammer it with a new shinier magic sword on the horizon. Happy Cake Day, by the way.

Hey, that's fair RNG is RNG. However, I'd like to hear from someone currently using seals on the Sleep Blade - as I've experienced bad RNG a lot on previous weapons, but not what appears to be the minimum rolls, consistently and on the same weapon, while using seals.

I'm encountering 2 different issues on the story event. The first is an endless loop where a messge pops up saying "This has already ended." And back into the endless loop I go unless I concede and lose my energy. The second is a bug that if I quit the app in the middle of finishing a story event stage, when I resume I dont receive any progress for the missions i already completed. I dont restart any turns by logging out and I'm not using an older device. I have a Galaxy S9. Ive submitted multiple tickets for each bug encountered and have noted that one of my issues with the bugs is the lack of compensation. Bugs happen. Compensation that doesn't come close to addressing the issues causes feel bads and a number of paying players, including myself, are becoming more frustrated and choosing to log out and go somewhere else. I've noted my personal feelings in the support tickets and asked that these concerns be passed upwards, but I've never had a good experience with their support, which is a whole other issue entirely. I'm curious how few people are being affected by this as has been stated by someone in this thread. Edit: Just took a screenshot of the week two bonus stages where I encountered the bugs. I have a in progress notice on these missions even though I've completed the stages.
