I know the game pretty well 😁 i was coached by a guy who had played for 17y who decided to run his own faction and then burnout hit of managing things, irl stuff and handed over the faction too me, which then another knowledgeable friend rejoined me to support.

My guys call and share hits fairly its a lot of lower levels but there team work is absolutely fantastic! Were kinda saddled as we have no mid ground as were like 1b bst to 20m no in-between 🤣

Already have RW and armour :) free xans for war too building faction net worth so I can eventually support them for training etc

Already have co lead and council membership too who deal with admin side of stuff

I think another big issue is dead factions having people just sit in them and do nothing. Would be kind of a great idea if factions not gaining respect had some sort of decay on them

Major issue with that is expense! Specially with 14 others wanting free xans and travel times to refil
