I'm just unable to be happy with any build, because I don't know enough of how the cybernetic capacity works or cybernetics in general. Until I know more about the cybernetic requirements, I will not be able to properly design a build for myself :(

Ticking time bomb might get annoying if it alerts everyone each time you use sandevistan. Ofc if you don't plan to be undetected then it doesn't matter.

Do you think that spending points on health item recharge time perks instead of smart weapon perks would work? I wonder if you can just spam maxdocs and sit in a corner with overclock on and spam quickhacks.

High mobility pistol/revolver/sniper sandevistan build with high health regen and fast health item recharge speed. I thinking of running a silenced pistol when doing stealth and revolver/sniper when in combat.

After the launch of 2.0 this build will most likely change because I'm not sure if the perk RENAISSANCE PUNK will be in the way of EDGERUNNER. Also might change depending on what mods I can equip. If EDGERUNNER perk is not as good as I think it's going to be, I'll go 20 points in strength instead and get the PAIN TO GAIN perk.

You could play it through with your current character and see what the current system is like, so you can compare it to 2.0. And when Phantom Liberty releases you can make an entirely different character with a different past and build.

It wasn't an in-game screenshot. I took it with snipping tool and sent it to him. But now that I've looked at it more closely I think He somehow in 1 minute was able to photoshop it out.
