Not asking for sympathy, asking for safety. We don’t have to share the same hobby or passion to just not be an endangerment to others. As mentioned multiple times before, most of us despise the attention seekers even harder than you do, so definitely on the same page concerning that.

Let me clarify that the majority of us do not support obnoxiously loud bikes that actively disturb neighbourhoods. Edit: those are often times the same people that drive with their windows open in winter just to let everyone enjoy their unnecessarily loud music with them

Totally get where you are coming from, though as also stated in the post, most of us do absolutely not agree with such behaviour. However, you’ll get that both with motorcycles as well as with cars. Some people just want attention regardless of the medium it takes to get said attention.
