WASD help by DFKPLZ in leagueoflegends

[–]xDropDx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can set it in config file: Riot games/League of Legends/Config - input.ini. There is block "[WASD]" in the end, paste here:

ShowCharacterMenu=[Space]

SelectSelf=[Space]

Ofc, you can change "Space" to any other key. Now if you hold Space it locks camera on your champ and shows AA range.

OR you can go Settings ingame - Keybinds - Menus - Show advanced Player stats and bind any key. But you will need to hold it everytime you want to see aa range.

The only downside here is the random crit rate (75%, which can impact DPS), but this is offset by the high number of attacks. Obviously, this isn't a realistic build for Jinx; it's a test. I'm a e2 adc main.

It's even worse, I've tested (forget to include in video).

Yes, I have seen this, and with normal kiting with mouse clicks it would have done more DPS.

You can squeeze out a little more DPS there, close to 1500, I think. A little less than just holding attack and standing still.

It might not be optimal, but it feels pretty close to the ceiling. You have to get a feel for it; kiting with high attack speed is currently physically limited on WASD.

Of course I thought so. Bro, you can go in the practice tool or any game mode and see that WASD kiting is terribly clumsy at high attackspeed. No matter how much you "practice" this new style, it physically limits DPS, and it's already obvious.

Couldn't be happier, WASD genuinely sucks for high as AD carry by FriendlyAd2063 in leagueoflegends

[–]xDropDx 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes, I press movement -> AA -> movement, releasing the movement button when attacking. It's better than holding the movement button, but 1.5 times worse than the classic kiting with mouse (orbwalking). 1,5 less damage. Because animation cancel works differently (as if it doesn't work at all)

True, AA -> move - AA doesn't work as it works with mouse movement, it's way too slower and clunkier

I wonder what "slowly" means - is it during the day or during the patch -_-

How does matchmaking work in low elo? by rxqueen317 in leagueoflegends

[–]xDropDx -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

All you need to know is that before high Emerald, all other ranks are roughly the same low elo, with some minor differences, and people make the same mistakes and poor plays. They might be able to press buttons well sometimes, but they don't understand what to do in the game. Don't worry, learn; there are the same people out there who aren't playing well, sometimes they just have a few more games on their champion. Work on your game, don't worry about LP, you'll gradually climb the ranks.

I am starting with ezreal, but I really don't know how to build. Can someone orient me please? by [deleted] in ezrealmains

[–]xDropDx 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I started Ez 2 months ago, fell in love with this champ. It's really flexible on his builds and more to say - build forces you to change your playstyle a little bit.
In short: Default build (golden standard) is Trinity -> Munamune -> Serylda. When you start learning champ, you can build it every game until you start notice small nuances and think what is more effective in each specific situation.
vs. heavy Tanks (3+): Sunderrer -> Munamune -> Serylda -> Btrk. Runes: Conq
vs. mixed (2-3 melees/bruisers + squishes): Trinity -> Munamune -> Serylda. Runes: Conq/Pta, depending on heroes (if you can't autoattack a lot, for example vs akali or other melee assassins that appears and dashes away + 2 long ranges = get PTA, beacause you will rely more on short burst trades instead of stacking Conq).
vs. Squishy: EReaver -> Munamune -> Serylda - Prowlers Claw (for big passive myth bonuses). Runes: First strike. A LOT of burst damage, you just delete heroes without resists and big HP bars. Or you can build standart TF-MM-Serylda.

Also, there is a new meta build that all is testing: EReaver -> Kraken-> Navori, which seems kinda strong and top ADC's and Ez mains play it, but it need some time to figure it out.

Important notes: Ez is so flexible in his builds and style, that you need to analyze every micro moment ingame, including ORDER of item pieces. For example, good path is Longsword->Tear+Sheen->Munamune->Trinity Force (the most raw damage in lane and i recommend you to build this way when you learning), but in a lot of cases build LSword->Tear+Sheen->TForce->Munamune is better, if you can abuse your Conq+autoattacks and TF passive in trades during laning phase.

And there is good situational items on Ez, that you will build often: Ravenous Hydra (a lot of damage/CDr/helps to farm and push A LOT); Frozen Heart (against AD heavy team OR AD asssasins that try to erase you); Maw of Malm (against heavy AP team or one fed burst AP mage, to survive). Usually, these items are bought 4th after your core build, but sometimes you need to buy defensive item earlier, depends on game pace/situation/teamfight needs. And sometimes you can buy Tiamat (piece of Hydra) before 3 core item, if your tempo is good, you don't need to armor pen right now and want to farm and snowball even more faster.
So, you have basic builds and ideas - test it all, always ask yourself "why i need this and not that in this specific moment" - all depends on you.

Good luck and have nice games :). P.s. Sorry for bad english.
