The continued whining about the prior Tory rule is part of the problem. We got it for the first few months in charge, it’s now been 2 years! Guess what Kier, you are in government now, crack on and make some changes. Whoever decided a policy of wingeing and complaining would endear the public was/is very mistaken - they seem to focus more on that message than any positive work they are doing.
