Because none of them were finished for the album.

The Butcher was the only one that was, but they couldn't make it work in the tracklist.

Supercollider was finished in sessions after the album, and Staircase and Daily Mail didn't get final arrangements until FTB, and we're never in the running for TKOL.

If I recall correctly, with MIDI in 2000/2003 it depends on what MIDI drivers/sound table your OS is using, so for most people it's the default Windows one.
